Arrival & Departure Policy
Check-In Time: From 2:00 PM
Check-Out Time: By 12:00 PM
Early check-in is subject to availability. For guaranteed early arrival before 12:00 PM, pre-registration and full payment may be required. Late check-out requests should be made in advance and are subject to availability; additional charges may apply.
Early Departure: Departures after 11:00 AM but before the confirmed check-out date may incur a fee equivalent to one night’s stay, plus tax.
Non-Arrival & Cancellation
In the event of a no-show, your room will be held until noon the following day. If we receive no contact by that time, the reservation will be cancelled and full charges for the stay will be applied.
After check-in, shortening your stay will result in forfeiture of the full prepayment.
Children Policy

Children under 2 years old (“Infants”) stay free when using existing bedding with parents.

Children over 6 years are considered adults for room rate purposes and will be charged VND 500,000++ per night.

If extra beds, cribs, or additional linen are requested, a fee of VND 950,000++ per child per night will apply, including breakfast where applicable.

All rooms require occupancy by at least one adult.
Extra Guests
Room rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests may be accommodated for an extra charge. Please contact our Reservations Team for details and availability.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and Cash (VND).
Smoking
We do not permit smoking within our guest rooms and smoking within enclosed public areas is against the law in Vietnam; there are ample outdoor areas throughout the property where smoking is permitted. A sanitization fee of one additional night’s accommodation or package fee will be charged where smoking occurs within a guest room.
Small Pets and Animals
For the comfort of all guests, pets and animals are not permitted in the hotel.
Changes to Hotel Policies
Our hotel policies are reviewed regularly to ensure compliance with best practices and local laws. The current version is valid as of April 2025, and subject to change without prior notice.
